York's Dance MFA is unique the only program in the world to offer research opportunities in both choreography and dance dramaturgy within the context of diverse contemporary dance practices. The MFA is aligned with the Dance Department s pioneering BFA program (the oldest and largest of its kind in Canada) and builds on the 30-year history of York s internationally recognized MA in Dance.

Should have Certified copy of your orginal diploma, Certified copy of your complete list of grades, a minimum, an Honours undergraduate degree or equivalent (typically a four-year full-time program), English Proficiency Requirements:IELTS: score of 7.5 , TOEFL ibt:score of 600 (paper based)or 100 (internet based),YELT- Band 1, YUELI Level 6 with Distinction; a MELAB overall score of 85 with no component score less than 80, a CAEL overall score of 70 with no component score less than 60, a minimum CPE score of C, a minimum CAE score of B, recommendation letters in sealed envelopes 3, resum or CV, Statement of interest, Written work, Two examples (on DVD or video) of recent choreography or dance dramaturgy, CV, Interview
