The Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree is a joint program offered by the School of Computer Science (SCS) at Carleton University and the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Ottawa under the auspices of the Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Computer Science (OCICS). They offer graduate students an opportunity to augment their knowledge and expertise by combining course work and through research in a wide range of areas, e.g., algorithms, computer security, distributed and parallel computing, computer gaming, computer graphics, bioinformatics, robotics and GIS.

4-year (honours) bachelor s degree, B+ / First class division in your major subjects, B- or better overall, Official Transcript , TOEFL ibT of 86 (20 in reading and listening; 22 in speaking and writing), CAEL of 70, IELTS (Academic) of 6.5 IELTS (min 6.0 in each band), PTE Academic of 60 overall (min 60 in each Communicative Skill)
