Program Overview

This program aims to enable students to acquire the skills necessary to act as a guidance counselor for various clienteles (eg adolescents, adults), and this, in various sectors of activity (eg, training, employability, consulting firms, organizations). In accordance with Bill 21, which amends the Professional Code and other legislative provisions in the field of mental health and human relations, this program aims to prepare students for the following reserved professional activities in an orientation context.

Hold a Bachelors degree in career development from the Universit du Qu bec Montr al or a Bachelors degree in orientation from another Quebec university, obtained with an average of 3.2 out of 4 , 3 or the equivalent, Hold a career development major (6345) from the Universit du Qu bec Montr al (admission until the fall of 2017) with a cumulative average of at least 3.2 out of 4.3 or the equivalent and have a Bachelors degree in another discipline with a grade point average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 or equivalent, Background Academic Record: 100%
