The field of study has a broad view on the environment and focuses on location and development of energy and mineral resources, methods to protect the planet and the protection of communities from environmental events. Earth sciences comprise a variety of disciplines in which pure and applied research is carried out to investigate the processes responsible for the formation and evolution of our planet. The master of science (MSc) program combines coursework and research, training students for a broad range of careers in geoscience.
A 4-year bachelor s degree with a minimum overall grade of B, First Class or First Division in all degrees, GPA of 3.3 (on a scale of 0.0-4.33) or the equivalent, First Class or First Division in all degrees, TOEFL ibT of 93 with minimum of 20 in each category, IELTS of overall band score of 7.0 of the academic (NOT general) test with a minimum of 6.5 in each section
