Program Overview

This M.Sc. will allow you to acquire a multidisciplinary training in the fields related to the biomedical sciences of radiation. You will complete an original research project and become familiar with new methods of radiation detection, organ visualization and radiation treatment.Unique research infrastructures in Canada, including two cyclotrons, positron emission tomography (PET), TEP, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and IRM, GammaCell, GammaKnife, Therapax and mass spectrometry.Some research projects involving radiotherapy and chemotherapy conducted in collaboration with the Clinical Department in Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy.
