Program Overview

The graduation in Archaeology & Geography is housed in the Department of Geography. The disciplines Archaeology & Geography are linked in a number of ways, and, within this program, students will have the opportunity to combine the theoretical and technological approaches of each. It consists mainly of courses offered by the Department of Geography, but also draws on social science and humanities courses from elsewhere in the Faculty of Arts and Science.

Additional Information & Requirements

Successful completion of a bachelor s degree at a recognized institution where the language of instruction is English. Successful completion of the Advanced Level of the University of Lethbridge English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), taken within the last two years, with minimum scores of: 580 on the paper-based TOEFL* and 5.0 on the Test of Written English (TWE); or 86 on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT), Letter of reference, Curriculum Vitae (C.V.), Letter of Intent, Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test, taken within the last two years, with a minimum overall score of 6.5, and a minimum of 6.0 in each band.
