Bachelors degree or equivalent (1) in communication or a related field, obtained with a cumulative average of at least 3.2 out of 4.3 or the equivalent or possess the required knowledge, appropriate training and experience deemed relevant, an average of less than 3.2 but greater than or equal to 2.8 out of 4.3, candidate's evaluation is based on the academic file (50%), the letters of recommendation (10%) and the letter of intent (40%)
