Program Overview

The School of Business, Nanjing University (NJUBS) traces its history back to the Business Section of the Sanjiang Normal College, which was founded in 1902. In the realignment of the departments of Chinese universities in 1952, economics and management at Nanjing University were moved to other universities. But in 1978, the university reestablished the Department of Economics and in 1986 reestablished the Department of Business Management. In1988, these two departments merged and became NJUBS.
