The Master of Arts (M.A.) programs mainly prepare students to acquire a solid foundation of basic theories and specialized knowledge in their areas of study and to develop competence in research and/or teaching. Graduates are expected to become qualified professionals working in educational agencies, higher education institutions, or other related fields.GSE has three M.A. programs, namely Higher Education Program, Educational Economics and Administration Program, and Educational Technology Program.

Bachelor degree, Resume, Scores from either the GRE or the GMAT exam, TOEFL 92 with 24/30 in reading and writing and 20/30 in speaking and listening or IELTS 6.5, with a minimum of 6.0 in each of the subtests
