Program Overview

The Academy is the first specialized research institution in China to study higher education, the first authorized institution of higher education master degree and the first authorized institution of higher education doctor degree in China, and the first higher education institution in China. The national 985 Project innovation base for higher education research is the unit where the national key disciplines are located. The Xiamen University Higher Education Development Research Center established by this unit is the only national humanities and social sciences key research base specialized in higher education.
