Economic law focuses on the international and national regulatory regimes that apply to businesses. Courses in this program may look at international dispute resolution, international and local trade, investment law, intellectual property law, and how these areas affect and are affected by economics. Core curriculum can be different at each school but may include courses such as professional responsibility, international tax laws, immigration law and policy, business negotiations, and business law and economics.
