To train high-quality human resources that can contribute to the construction of conceptually argued intervention alternatives in Food and Nutrition Security, in order to influence the solution of the problems of food and nutritional insecurity that afflict the Latin American population.Professionals from the Nutrition and Dietetics Career, Health Areas in general with an interest in Food and Nutritional Safety, professionals from Agronomy, Economics, Social and Human Sciences, with interest and / or performance in areas related to the subject of the program.
