Generate knowledge and train professionals to guide research, management and intervention in human habitat policies and projects.Contribute to the articulation of theoretical advances with respect to habitat and its dynamics, at its different scales, based on the development of capacities for the design, application, evaluation and monitoring of policies, programs and projects with an emphasis on housing.

With the purpose of contributing to improve the habitability conditions and the quality of life of the population, this Master's Degree seeks to train around the habitat and human habitation, in the management of theories, methods and instruments that guide research, education, management and intervention, within a transdisciplinary, creative, critical and purposeful perspective.

The master's degree is aimed at a highly qualified training of researchers with capacities to influence the environment, from the same research, teaching, politics and direct action; to recognize the complex system of physical, biotic, economic, social, political, cultural, aesthetic and communicative relationships; and to act in the processes of habitat, in a plane of interactive social and interdisciplinary relationships.
