To train researchers and teachers who have conceptual and methodological capacity to investigate, formulate explanatory and intervention schemes with respect to the development of public health and health systems, on the environment, work and health institutions, among others.To train researchers and teachers who analyze, interpret and handle in a creative and interdisciplinary way the methodologies of epidemiology, the social sciences and the basic sciences in the individual, family and community spheres.
