Program Overview

The field is mainly focused on the breeding of the main types of farm animals (cattle, pigs, poultry, sheep, horses) and, in addition to these species, deals with the breeding of rabbits, fur animals and fish. The teaching is oriented to the principles of breeding of individual species of animals, to the issue of obtaining their products and the possibility of influencing the quality of production by breeding conditions. Furthermore, the requirements of animals for breeding conditions in relation to natural species behavior are emphasized and respected, both in conventional and ecological breeding. During the course, the latest technological methods of breeding are introduced.
