Program Overview

The study of the field is focused on the evaluation of the quality of animal and plant products, on their technological processing and treatment, including the conservation and preservation of food and agricultural products. The student of the field will acquire broad theoretical as well as practical knowledge regarding the methods of evaluating the chemical, microbiological, nutritional, sensory and hygienic quality of food and raw materials intended for their production.
