Program Overview

The study of the field is focused on growing practices and technologies of horticultural production in a wide range of specializations. Students gain in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the biology, physiology, nutrition or conservation and cultivation systems of basic horticultural crops, including a significant range of major species. The knowledge of horticultural disciplines from the bachelor's degree is expanded in the master's degree with additional knowledge from the botany and physiology of special horticultural crops, propagation and efficient production of plants that are environmentally friendly.
