Program Overview

The aim of the study in the follow-up master's degree program in Textile Engineering is to prepare university-educated experts for industrial enterprises dealing with textile and clothing technologies (a characteristic feature of this industry is a permanent and rapid innovation spiral leading to specialized highly functional products with high added value). -- develop knowledge in the field of textile technologies (spinning, weaving, knitting, non-woven fabrics, clothing, finishing), deepen knowledge of properties and applications of fiber and nanofiber materials, composites with textile reinforcement, production of nanofiber and hybrid hierarchical structures. - to provide the graduate with a good knowledge of the basic theoretical and experimental methods of materials engineering, which will enable him to quickly adapt to production, sampling and research approaches in a wide range of textile, but also non-textile applications.
