"The student will acquire a theoretical overview and practical skills in the field of the scientific disciplines of chemistry and food technology. A graduate of the study program ""Chemistry and food technology"" will be prepared for food technology practice to ensure the production of high-quality and safe food. His knowledge of the chemical composition of food raw materials and modern analytical methods will enable work application also in the control bodies of the state administration.As part of the study program, the student will also acquire knowledge of biotechnology, thereby expanding other skills from scientific disciplines that are based on the teaching of modern biotechnology subjects."
