Everyone can eat, but being able to determine how each ingredient is made and then being able to analyze it is only for you, the chosen food mages. In the two-year follow-up field, you will improve the knowledge from your previous studies so that you become experts for technological and control functions in production enterprises of the food industry or in research and development institutions . The study includes disciplines focused on chemical, biochemical, microbiological and sensory changes in food and beverages during their production and storage .
