The program is devoted to project management from a theoretical and practical point of view. In both the private and public spheres, there are many smaller and larger projects taking place, within which project teams need to be coordinated, resources and risks managed so that the project is completed on time and within the approved budget. All this is influenced by a number of factors that need to be taken into account, and this requires knowledge and skills that are concentrated in the person of the project manager.
