Program Overview

The follow-up master's study program leads to the qualification of a teacher of German language and literature for secondary schools. During the course of study, the knowledge and skills acquired in the bachelor's study program focused on teaching are deepened, especially within the framework of linguistic and literary disciplines, didactics of the German language and cultural realities of German-speaking countries. Knowledge of the German language is developed up to level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
