The goal of the Building Management and Operation Management specialization is the expansion of theoretical and especially practical knowledge in the field of care for modern buildings and their users. The course is intended for graduates of technical, economic and legal programs, as well as practitioners. The teaching reflects the current demands of material, structural, energy, technological and operationally economical solutions of modern buildings in social and managerial contexts. Modern trends in the field of administration and management of the operation of land structures include increasing their complexity, reducing the energy intensity of operation and environmental impacts within the framework of the so-called sustainable development of society, maximizing their flexibility and usefulness with an impact on the economy and the difficulty of ensuring their administration and operation.
