Program Overview

The aim of the Specialization in Building Design and Implementation is to further deepen the theoretical and especially practical knowledge of graduates of construction engineering or similar bachelor's programs in connection with the current demands of material, structural, energy and operational technological solutions of modern buildings. Modern trends in the field of design and implementation of building constructions are characterized by the introduction of progressive building materials and technologies, the dematerialization of building structures and at the same time increasing their complexity, reducing the energy demand of building operations and their environmental impacts within the framework of the so-called sustainable development of society, maximizing their flexibility and usefulness with the impact on the economy and the difficulty of ensuring their management and operation
