Program Overview

The Industry 4.0 study program is a new and forward-looking program that combines the fields of informatics and cybernetics into a unique whole. Students of the program will become familiar with new trends in digitization and optimization of production, and with the possibilities brought by the methods of data analysis, machine learning, image analysis and computer vision. The ratio of practical and theoretical knowledge is balanced so that graduates are able to work actively within production plants and participate in and propose new methods for optimizing production processes. As part of the diploma thesis, it is possible to solve tasks related to robot programming, predictive maintenance, quality detection using image analysis, etc.
