Program Overview

As part of the course, students will acquire broad theoretical and experimental knowledge in the field of modern materials and methods of their development, preparation, study of their behavior under mechanical, thermal or corrosion stress and properties in relation to the structure. Graduates will be equipped with a broad knowledge of the properties and behavior of structural ceramics, polymers, metallic materials and composites and the processes involved in processing them into final products and tools, both at a theoretical and practical level. Graduates will also be able to solve operational production problems, such as predicting production defects and arranging possible remedies in the event of their occurrence, as well as determine the causes of operational damage and subsequently determine how to prevent it.
