Program Overview

The specialization Shaping of progressive metal materials is focused on the processing of modern and advanced metal materials, especially volume forming procedures, using traditional technologies (rolling, forging, drawing, etc.) as well as newly developed methods based on the application of intensive deformation. In addition to the issue of self-shaping, attention is also focused on theoretical and applied aspects of deformation behavior, or on the optimization of the useful properties of the material through the targeted control of the relevant structure-forming processes.
