Program Overview

Nutrition and food is a master's program focused on counseling in the field of rational human nutrition, on activities related to the assessment of food quality and safety, and the technology of their production. The aim of the study program is to provide training for professional specialists in the field of nutrition and food and managers for plants producing and distributing food, where they will work in the creation and application of HACCP, analysis and management of hygienic risks.
