Masters in Applied plasma technologies

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

Jan Evangelista Purkyne University

Program Overview

The aim of the study is to provide students of the master's degree program in Applied Plasma Technology with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of application of physical methods both in the deposition of materials with the assistance of plasma or plasma modification of materials, and also in the characterization of thus prepared thin layers and materials. The study develops the knowledge acquired in the bachelor's degree (Physics, Applied Nanotechnology) and directs students to areas of physics that use plasma or charged particles, most often ion beams, for the preparation, modification and subsequent characterization of materials prepared in this way.
