Applied physics at V B - TU Ostrava offers not only broad theoretical knowledge in the field of physics, but mainly practical involvement in work in companies. Part of the study plans are internships in companies linked to the scientific research focus of key experts of the Department of Physics FEI V B - TU Ostrava. The topics of the qualification papers are also linked to the issues of these companies. Thus, students solve the experimental part of the qualification (diploma master's thesis) directly in the relevant company, which is interested in the student becoming its employee after completing the studies.
