Program Overview

In the master's study program in Zoology, you will get an overview of current knowledge in the field of animal biology , especially their systematics, phylogeny, diversity, evolution and ecology. You will deepen your detailed knowledge and skills especially in the fields of evertebratology (including entomology), hydrobiology, parasitology and vertebratetology . The course will give you knowledge of the fauna of Central Europe , but you can focus on many other places and ecosystems on Earth as part of your specialization.
