Czech University of Life Sciences PragueThis interdisciplinary Master's programme provides a great opportunity for students to understand the role of economic theories in agricultural production systems, agri-food chains, development strategies, climate change initiatives and policies, particularly in tropical regions. The programme consists of three major components. First, core courses that address institutional and behavioural theories, principles of cooperatives, farming systems economics, tropical agriculture, marketing of tropical products and agrarian policies mechanisms. Second, students select various courses to study that fit their main motivations or are well suited to the Master's thesis topic. Third, a compilation of masters thesis on programme-relevant topics and thesis-related courses.
