Program Overview

The main goal of the study program is to expand and deepen students' knowledge in the areas of political theory, methodology of social sciences and comparative political science. Special emphasis is placed on thematic areas addressed by contemporary comparative political science research (e.g. analysis of changes in political partisanship and electoral and party competition, quality of democracy and democratic governance in a multi-level perspective, political behavior, political communication and political marketing, etc.), and that is, so that the graduates of the study program are able to analyze, contextualize and interpret current social and public-political problems and challenges faced by the liberal-democratic model of governance and contemporary society, at different levels of governance.
