The typical Food, Nutrition, Cosmetics pathwayof the Nutrition and Food Sciences mention allows students to acquire skills around ingredients from agro-resources to fit into the RandD or production sectors of food or cosmetics companies but also for a pursuit of doctoral studies. The training will focus on green extraction techniques, formulation, on the health and nutritional impact of ingredients from agro-resources.
