Program Overview

The typical Food, Nutrition, Cosmetics pathwayof the Nutrition and Food Sciences mention allows students to acquire skills around ingredients from agro-resources to fit into the RandD or production sectors of food or cosmetics companies but also for a pursuit of doctoral studies. The training will focus on green extraction techniques, formulation, on the health and nutritional impact of ingredients from agro-resources. The vectorization of these assets, the physico-chemical and techno-functional properties of these vectors as well as their detailed characterization will be discussed. Legislative aspects, scientific watch and transfer to the company are an integral part of the training

Completed university application, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Official transcript, 2 Letters of recommendation, preliminary admission request DAP is compulsory for foreigners holding a foreign secondary school leaving diploma, English proficiency results to be provided if the applicant's native language is not English: Proof of language proficiency: TOEFL test with at least a score of 600 paper-based/250 computer-based/95 internet-based, or an Academic IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall and with 6 in writing , or TOEIC score of at least 750 is required, French level B2, Copy of passport, Statement of purpose, Resume, Proof that you can financially support yourself
