Program Overview

The training is divided into two years (Master 1st year and Master 2nd year) including lessons common to the two courses VeE and VeC mainly in master 1 concerning viticulture, the environment (soils, micro-organisms) but also basic sciences oenology and viticulture (biochemistry of grapes and their maturation, microbiology, chemical composition of wine).
