Program Overview

The RCPA course of the MBFA master trains, within the framework of a multidisciplinary and work-study approach, students for the profession of professional or agricultural account manager. These students are destined to become salespeople specializing in the clientele of craftsmen, traders, liberal professions, VSEs and, for some, farms. The particularity of this profession is the management of both the professional and private relationship. Thus, students must have a solid knowledge of customer needs and products. They must also have strong technical and legal skills. This job is carried out in a bank branch and these employees can progress to branch management positions.
