Program Overview

The Management of Establishments and Gerontological Structures (MESG) course of the Master's in Sectoral Management aims to train directors/deputy directors of medico-social structures for the elderly. These future professionals must be able to master managerial techniques (accounting and financial management, human resources, team leadership, project management), capable of reflexivity on their posture and have solid knowledge of the public welcomed (psychological and sociological approach dependence and aging), social policies and gerontological systems as well as the legislative and legal framework for medico-social action.
