Masters in Engineering of Complex Systems Modeling for biology and health

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

University of Picardie Jules Verne

Program Overview

Modeling has become increasingly abundant in biomedical research. The complexity of biological phenomena is particularly well suited to quantitative approaches because it offers new challenges and opportunities. Thus modeling contributes to biomedical research by helping to elucidate mechanisms and providing quantitative predictions that can be validated. The models then complement experimental and clinical studies, but also challenge current paradigms, redefine our understanding of biological mechanisms and future research in biology.
