Program Overview

The Plant Ecology and Environment EVE course responds to a societal demand, in terms of knowledge and mastery of the functioning of terrestrial systems, by emphasizing in particular the importance of plants, as well as the impacts of the activities of the on the agro-eco systems studied. Emphasis is placed on the management and solutions provided to environmental problems contamination of ecosystems, fragmentation of habitats, biological invasions, etc. but also to the biotechnological and ecological contributions of current strategies which aim to optimize plant production while reducing chemical inputs biocontrol, selection assisted by markers, etc.

Recruitment in M1 EVE: Essentially from licenses from a course Biology of Organisms, Populations and Ecosystems BOPE, or equivalent. Recruitment in M2 EVE: accommodation capacity of M2 EVE: 10 Recruitment from M1 EVE (pre-requisites in statistics, biology of organisms, evolutionary biology and ecology, plant sciences), Common Application/Online Application, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Official high school transcripts, English proficiency results to be provided if the applicant's native language is not English: TOEFL: minimum score of 79, IELTS:minimum score of 6, Duolingo, or TOEIC score of at least 750 is required, French language requirements proficiency Level B1/B2 for Bachelor students, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Photographs, Health Insurance
