The pedagogical project of the IEAP master is to train ergonomics professionals capable of intervening on various issues of occupational health and performance at work. These generalist skills should make it possible to contribute to the design of organizations, spaces and positions, tools, training, etc. in various projects of design, innovation, improvement of working conditions and performance of the system in question.
