To read the orientations envisaged by the various STAPS masters in France, few emphasize the sporting, cultural and recreational content of the practices and services offered. The originality and singularity of STAPS is to develop skills and knowledge on bodily practices in relation to practice spaces in order to meet the expectations of practitioners and territorial and socio-economic actors. At a time when practice areas (leisure parks, recreational or indoor sports areas, tourist resorts, etc.) are being recomposed, diversified and themed (more and more), the sector needs professionals who bring added value in the way of offering recreational experiences in connection with the audiences concerned
