The Food Cultures and Heritage master's program succeeds the Food History and Cultures master's degree provided in Tours for more than ten years and integrates the History Civilization Heritage mention of the Higher School of Heritage Intelligence (ESI-Pat) proposed by the UFR Center for Higher Renaissance Studies (CESR) of the University of Tours.
