The first year M1corresponds to a training of 60 ECTS, built from a common core in the first part of semester 1, allowing the acquisition of a common knowledge in integrative biology, imaging, pharmacology, statistics, omics, project management and English. The second part of semester 1 allows to initiate a progressive specialization by the choice of two more specific teaching units.
Access to level M1: Science students UT3: course of L3 Cellular Biology and Physiology BCP of the Bachelor of Life Sciences. Science students outside UT3: L3 level of Life Sciences including solid lessons in the following disciplines: cell biology, molecular biology, animal physiology, statistics, English. Health students: access to the derogatory course from the second year. For access to M2 level: Science students UT3: validation of the course within the framework of the M1 Biology-Health, with satisfactory results in particular in the specific teaching units. Science students outside UT3: validation of an M1 of the Biology-Health or Immunology type, with in particular a good level in scientific English, Cellular Biology, Animal Physiology, Immunology and Statistics. Health students: validation of the M1 level in parallel with the 2nd cycle, Common Application/Online Application, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Official high school transcripts, English proficiency results to be provided if the applicant's native language is not English: TOEFL: minimum score of 79, IELTS:minimum score of 6, Duolingo, or TOEIC score of at least 750 is required, French language requirements proficiency Level B1/B2 for Bachelor students, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Photographs, Health Insurance
