Program Overview

The objectives of the Master's in Nutrition and Food Science are to train specialists in the management of the quality of food production and research & development in the food industry. The holder of the diploma acquires the necessary scientific and professional knowledge in the field of the processing of agri-food products and implements them in order to (1) set up and bring to life the quality assurance procedures associated with food production (in particular via the ISO, BRC, IFS standards) and (2) to design new foods, taking into account the nutritional issues of the different categories of populations (athletes, children, seniors, pregnant women, etc.)
