The Master offers generalist training in business law for students intending to pursue a career as business lawyers, business lawyers -- SMEs as well as large companies -- or lawyers within public administrations, at the like the DGCCRF. This training provides a foundation of theoretical knowledge and professional skills to work immediately after graduation.Teaching is provided by academics specializing in the subjects taught and by experienced practitioners (lawyers, institutional and business lawyers and legal experts) in the form of lectures, seminars or workshops for writing legal documents.
