The Master 1 Business Law and Professional Assets meets the need for training lawyers who know business law and the legal environment of companies. Its main objective is to specialize students in legal matters that will enable them to advise business leaders, trade unions, and economic and social partners, public or private. This training covers both domestic law and Community law.To develop the legal capacities necessary in the business sector (creation of a company, choice of the legal form of the company, mastery of tax and social issues, knowledge of possible partnerships and their legal subtleties).

The Master 2 Business Law and Professional Assets aims to train lawyers responding to the growing need of companies for professionals trained in the analysis and treatment of the legal aspects of contractual negotiations as well as in the prevention and resolution financial difficulties and litigation.
