Program Overview

In the Judicial Professions course, two areas have priority. The first concerns the acquisition of in-depth knowledge of procedural matters (civil and criminal litigation, in their internal, European and international dimension). The second tends to the teaching and mastery of various techniques, either transversal to the different professions, or specific to some of them. The understanding of the technical provisions studied within the framework of these two axes is supplemented and enriched by a perspective with the major challenges of the legal system and the representation of the various legal professions within this system.
