Program Overview

The Master in Digital Law allows students to acquire in-depth skills, both theoretical and experimental (in intellectual property law, public digital law, protection of personal data, cybercrime, etc.), as well as skills (in global Internet governance, digital justice, digital health law, electronic communications law, etc.) by relying on a solid foundation of knowledge that goes beyond the boundaries between public and private law, and moreover largely multidisciplinary (blockchain, biometrics, digital identity, smart contracts, deep learning, artificial intelligence, legal data regime, for example).
