Masters in Human Rights

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

Paris West University Nanterre La Defense

Program Overview

The "Human Rights" course aims to deepen knowledge and practical and theoretical reflections in the field of human rights. This has become increasingly complex and evolving due to economic, social and technological transformations (impact of new technologies, variations in public policies, changes in international relations, increase in litigation, particularly in the area of foreigners' rights). Human rights are also a cross-cutting theme in many branches of law. In this perspective, the courses give an equal share to domestic law and international law, public law and private law. They offer a common core of knowledge and analysis from both a practical (professional background) and a theoretical (research background) perspective.
