Program Overview

Dedicated to deepening knowledge of the international legal environment of public and private economic operators and economic operations, the training has a transversal character in private law and public law in an international and European dimension. The master must also enable students to broaden their legal culture by drawing on the history of the market and economics. The second year of the master is based on an inverted pedagogy which relies on training in individual and collective research as well as on the enhancement of skills. The training allows the deepening of knowledge, the mastery of individual and collective research techniques and the development of operational skills.
